The Mansion at Glen Cove, New York

A grand Gold Coast estate set along Long Island’s North Shore, The Mansion at Glen Cove is a storied landmark dating back to the early 20th century. FAQ

Getting there / flights

Stord covers everything once you land at the JFK (NYC airport). We'll provide transportation to and from the airport to the event. Once you have your flight information after your RSVP is confirmed, please fill this out so we know when you will be arriving and can coordinate a pickup time. If you do not have flights booked when your RSVP is confirmed, we will reach out at a later date to gather your flight information and share your transportation information. 

Itinerary / activities

We will share more details about the specific itinerary closer to the date of the event. But you can expect both indoor and outdoor (weather permitting) options as well as some of the best foods Glen Cove has to offer.

Can I stay in Glen Cove longer?

Of course (we wouldn't blame you)! If you are interested in extending your trip and spending some more time at The Mansion at Glen Cove, please note this in your RSVP or email events@stord.com to let us know. We can offer a discounted rate for Friday, and Saturday nights following Stord Summit for a base rate of $209/night.

What if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel for any reason, we completely understand -- life happens.

If your plans change, please reach out to events@stord.com as soon as possible so that we can offer the open spot to someone on the waitlist.

Do you have any sponsorship or brand opportunities?

We will be providing welcome bags for attendees with a variety of brand products to highlight. If you are interested in participating, please check the box on your RSVP or reach out to us directly at events@stord.com. 

Can I bring a +1 to Stord Summit?

This year, we are able to accommodate plus ones for shared rooming accommodations, activities, and all meals. Plus ones would be excluded only from the Stord Summit sessions portion of the event.
